Y’all i don’t know why Ricky Bobby didn’t just say it. It’s not that hard, and frankly they are quite good. We went to this really thin pancake shop in High Point called “Penny Path Cafe”. When we walked in this simplistic yet artsy joint we followed a legit “penny path" to embark on our thin pancake expedition. We ordered The Kitchen Sink, which came with a little bit of everything in it, besides the actual kitchen sink. This very, extremely, exceptionally thin pancake was filled with red pepper, spinach & artichoke, pesto and humus spreads. In addition, it also included roasted red peppers, marinated mushrooms, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, corn, black olives, diced hurt tomatoes, and spinach veggies bursting outta the seems. Finishing off this concoction was mozzarella and feta cheese. The thin pancake was served on a simple paper plate with plastic cutlery to enhance your dine in and walk out experience. Penny Path Cafe offers a perfect place to stop in, enjoy some casual conversation, and scarf a savory or thin pancake.
