I’m not a big beer guy.. honestly I don’t know how some people drink the beers they do 😂. When I do, balance is key! Two things I Focus on if I know I’ll have a few drinks that day: -Hydration
-Nutrition ✅I Keep an even balance of a 1:1 oz of water to alcohol ratio. ✅I Lower the carbs and fats I have from that day because the liver will process alcohol content first so I don’t want an excess of carbs/fats after it is done. 🚫There are obviously some drawbacks to alcohol when it comes to post-workout protein synthesis and the overall nutritional value of alcohol. But if you do have a few, try to grab a lower calorie drink, not a sugary/syrup island Malibu whatever lol.
