Man, I love waking up early and getting things done. There’s nothing like the darkness, the stillness, the complete quiet, to focus and mentally prepare for the day ahead.

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY. Please READ and SWIPE ⬅️. Andy= 115+ pounds total lost with diet changes and CrossFit Panoply. Bryan= 105+ total pounds lost on his journey, that includes CrossFit. WE HAVE TWO MIRACLES IN THE MAKING, WITH MANY MORE ON THE JOURNEY! Many others with 20, 30, 40, 60, 80 pounds lost stacking up! ... On August 23rd, it was announced in a @morningchalkup article that the founder and Chairman of CrossFit, Greg Glassman, was planning on changing the @crossfitgames season. The article included talk about money invested, investment return, overall company vision and community goals. For CrossFit affiliates (the core of this movement towards sharing the wealth of health) the REAL message in the article was clear..."But 1,500 or more [affiliates] who’ve shaved 100 pounds off a member. “The miracle at the box is the HEALTH,” Glassman said.

By Glassman’s own rough calculation, there have been maybe 300 – 500 affiliates who’ve sent an athlete to the CrossFit Games [out of approximately 15,000 affiliates worldwide]. But 1,500 or more who’ve shaved 100 pounds off a member.
“The miracle at the box is the health,” Glassman said. And he wants the CrossFit Games to reflect that vision.

Matchy matchy today!
Today I knew I only had about 20 minutes to go to the gym. I was SO tempted to just say screw it and stay home but I know a short work out is better than no workout. Sometimes people ask “how do you stay motivated to work out” and the honest answer is I don’t. Some days I can’t wait to the get to the gym and sometimes I Bitch and moan and whole way there. It’s about consistency and dedication, not always motivation.

After 2 nights of drinking and unhealthy eating, I’m still taking a break this weekend! Only 3/6 workouts completed this week! But let’s not dwell on the bad and focus on a new week tomorrow. Happy Friday friends!! Yesterday was rest day for me as it was back to work and body wasn't adjusted, today was met with struggle to get up at 6am to workout, not always motivated to get it done but working on not hitting snooze! Had my two scoops of go-go juice and on I went. May not have been motivated at the beginning, but by the end of the sweat sess I was ready to take the day on. 💪✔️ (And let me tell you today was sweaty!) Shoulders on fire.
