• well deserved leg day 🙌🏽 had a horrrrrrible morning, nerve-wracking and incredibly tiring, my whole schedule for the day got messed up (you know I hate it); everything called for running the ‘more’ important errands first, but I needed gym 🤓 🔹 5min banded stair master, abduction, 5x15drop15 hyperextensions (70lbs, then bodyweight), bridges and a high-rep cable lat pushdown set
🔸 5sets: sumo deadlifts for 10 reset reps @ 195lbs
🔸 4+3sets: dropsetted lying leg curls; regular heavy dropped to paused light negative reps (12-15drop8-10reps) + paused heavy negatives dropped to regular light reps (8drop8-10reps) & then a couple high-rep sets with limp feet
🔸 6sets: banded, paused and resetted Smith machine hip thrusts/bw bridges (8-12/15-20reps)
🔸 3sets: regular seated leg curls (30reps; last one dropped to failure including isometric holds); short rest-times
🔸 4sets: heavy paused db Romanian deadlifts/banded bw box squats (10/10reps)
🔹 light higher rep curls and hyperextensions, abduction rest-paused to 200reps

to be honest, I really had to push through those deadlifts, I had super low energy in the beginning of the workout.. but it got better after those! 💪🏽 those high-rep seated curls towards the end were no joke 🔥

btw, that’s 👆🏽 actually how I always train, with a shirt around my waist, I’ve done this ever since (+my bandana obvi) 🤷🏽‍♀️ also, look those tights @iambuilt / loveeee 🙌🏽 have a great evening ♥️
