This evening was supposed to be 90KG (second video) for a top set and PR. Alas it moved so easily that I made the successfull jump to 100KG.

My five rep PR on regular bench is 97.5KG and my three rep PR is 100KG. This bodes well.

Let's talk a little bit about the differences between them!

The best example of this image I can give is when someone has to wear a cast on a broken bone ☠️

When the cast is removed, the muscle in the unused arm or leg are smaller than they were prior to the injury 💥 This also means muscle can NOT turn into fat, it simply shrinks ✅
.
Muscles take a "Use it or Lose it" approach. Meaning if you don't use a muscle, it will waste away and shrink over time 🤔
.
This is why it's important to also strength train and use your muscles regularly while you can because the older you get , the more vulnerable you become to this 'inactive' state due to limitations of being able to move like we used to 😭
