It's been a crazy 12 days till now. I started my fitness challenge with traveling and ceremonies to attend.
Couldn't workout much but took care of what went into my mouth. #consciouseating helped till now. Started working out properly today!

Lunch: Few spoons of masoor Dal, 2 spoons of rice, half spoon turmeric and pinch of salt to taste. Pressure cooked for 3 whistles and having it with few spoons of curd.
