Doing a #fitasamotherlifestyle challenge this week because it’s time to steward my body well again. Only get one, and I want this body to take me all the places I need/want to go -well. On rounds 5 and 6 I wanted to quit, but I heard my real jeans yelling at me from the closet to keep going! 😉 #day1 @brittanyalexaburns 👊🏻💪🏻
I did it! #Day1 of @brittanyalexaburns#fitasamotherlifestyle To be honest, I totally was not feeling this workout tonight. I had already had an active day, and my 16 month old was finally sleeping, so sitting on my couch researching bed linens sounded much more enticing. But I sucked it up and did it, and it kicked my butt. Made it through 6 sets 💪🏽 Before pregnancy, I could easily use 12lb weights do this workout. Tonight, I was struggling with 8lbs. It has been SO hard to bounce back since having my son last year. Here’s to hoping that this challenge will jumpstart to getting back on track - finally! Not sure how I’ll be able to walk tomorrow, but we’ll see 😜
Today is #day1 of the #fitasamother 7 day challenge and I did it! I got in the AMRAP day 1 workout as soon as I got home cuz baby girl was still sleeping and I finished just in time for her to wake up and feed. This is for sure the sweatiest I have ever been while feeding her! 💦 Sorry Audrey!
