You know that question you always get asked "what is your goal?" I used to do everything when I started out as I thought I had to have that specific set goal. I learned however you don't, it's just not true you don't have to put pressure on yourself to do what you love. If you have the passion for it just simply do it, for you, do it for the joy. Try like hell to never forget that feeling cause it's hard to remember that feeling of joy of why you love doing why you do.
Now I just love life, I love being alive, being active, being healthy, I love being outside again and enjoying hiking, climbing, running without the pressure of always something their I feel like I have to work for. I don't run for a PR, I don't do my strength workouts for how much I can do in weights.
The biggest reason I love this lifestyle: it has literally changed my life.
I just want to be able to learn about my body even more and be able to push strength to be my goal.
Both mentally AND physically.
Aim for that pull-up.
To aim for that heavy squat.
Hold that plank for 3 minutes.
To Just Get STRONG. #asfuh - To find out how to love who I am: flaws with perfections. All of it. WHO I AM it is beautiful because this is WHO I AM.
And learning to love who you are is the biggest lesson you have to learn even as you are changing.
All I want is to BE MORE. Be more than I've ever been and able to enjoy more than I ever have.
