Leg day ❤️👊🏽❤️ always have a love hate with legs. I’ve been changing up last two weeks. High rep fun. 135x20, 185x20, 205x20 225x18 (I failed) second set 15, 3 min rest between. After a hard day of fencing Saturday my legs were shit for endurance but goal is to get to 20 in month. (Not using box for rest just to keep consistent depth. Felt great though, feet/knees stayed in line. Goal is strength and Explosive Endurance.
