ONE WEEK AWAY🐸💚 ✨🏃🏻♂️Physical game:✨Not the best but could be worse. The past 3 weeks I have been laying low due to minor injuries that started the day after my last long run when I felt a clicking in my hip and sharp pain from my butt. After seeing a running specialist, I was told I had piriformis and a minor case of snapping hip syndrome. I was advised to build up hip strength with daily physical therapy exercises, stretching, foam rolling- and occasional arc training / aqua jogging in place of running. Working up my strength for the long haul on Marathon Monday!!! ✨🧠Mental Game:✨Strong. Mindset to run with my heart not with my legs for a greater purpose. Conscious of listening to my body - while being mindful of the pace needed to finish the race in time. Pumped to be on the course with Josh and have had advantage of running 2017 Boston. ✨Always reminding myself of the reason I run🐸💚 Very happy to have almost reached my fundraising goal 🙂🙂 donate here!
