INCORPORATE THIS MAJOR EXERCISE TO INCREASE YOUR SPRINT SPEED:
"GLUTE BRIDGE AND HIP THRUST'S"

In sprinting the gluteus maximus needs to be able to produce force quickly therefore we have to perform the movement fast and lighter loads if necessary(fast movement)

Progress from glute bridge to hip thrusts to help muscle go through longer range of motion and more overload for the muscle(more gains)

Hip thrusts with a lighter load and a maximal bar speed would be able to enhance sprinting ability by increasing the ability of the gluteus maximus to exert force at short lengths.(make it generate more force at sprinting position)

Apart from glute muscle group we have to train hamstring muscle group and hip flexor muscle group.(need to combine all with proper program)

Retested โ€œFranโ€ today for @train_ftw! Finishing at 2:06 with my last test Pre-Surgery 14 months ago. There are TWO awesome points of this video.
First: I rode the line on my pull-ups today pretty tight when I watched the video which was a let down. I havenโ€™t watched myself butterfly since starting from surgery and often workout alone but was just a little technical thing and a VERY easy fix. I just got complacent I took it for granted, but most importantly, I got lazy. Which is an important note. Just because we think we have mastered a movement or mastered a range of motion. Doesnโ€™t mean we should EVER take it for granted. -
Second: is look at the different approach of the workout from @nicklikestofitness & I. We had a different approach to the thruster but the same mission: go fast. We finished 3 seconds apart. It doesnโ€™t matter how you do as long as the effort and the INTENSITY is the same. -
