5 Rounds
200m Run every round
10, 8, 6, 4, 2 Ball Slam + Jump Squat
20x Mountain Climbers every round

CONDITIONER: 100cal Airassault - 100 C2F burpees - 1 Mile run
give yourself either an 8, 10 or 12 min time cap on each exercise. If you finish before the time cap rest until time’s up then onto the next 💀🌈⛈
