First time in almost a MONTH I’ve been able to hit the gym and get in a solid training session... was sick for awhile then had work training that required me to be gone for almost two weeks.
-Safe to say I definitely felt a little weaker and less conditioned
-ITS ALL GOOD THOUGH
-I’m back now! Following my new program (that is free to anyone who wants it) and I already know I’ll be stronger and better conditioned than before in no time 😏
