First, think about WHY you are having trouble sleeping. 🤔 Is baby is keeping you awake all night? 👶🏽 🍼 Maybe a diffuser in baby’s room will help baby get calm and comfortable enough to snooze so you can too! 🤫 No baby? Are you worrying a lot? 😥 Essential oils are excellent and natural aromatherapy. Essential oils are calming and soothing to our body’s emotional center. 😌 Okay so if it’s neither of those things... cedarwood essential oil is excellent for sleep! The properties of pure cedarwood 🌲 essential oil 💦 help the brain 🧠 to naturally produce more melatonin. In a diffuser alone, it smells woodsy. It also smells calming and relaxing when paired with lavender or frankincense, among several other options, in a diffuser. A drop 💧 or two in a pillowcase and even rubbing a few drops on the bottoms of your feet will help your body get to sleep much easier at night. 🛌 Another option is a warm bath before bedtime 🛀 with a few drops of essential oils in Epsom salts and toss ‘em in the water.
