Old habits die hard but ask yourself, should what's go on around you give you an excuse to revert to bad habits?
I hear it all the time... I'm stressed so I ate crap food.
I'm travelling I cannot get healthy food.
I'm to busy I haven't got time to get healthy food.
works really busy I haven't got time to train.
I've had a bad day my boss is picking on me.
I've got a slow metabolism.
It's all excuses, everyone is stressed nowadays and has problems but you can not help that, but you can help make a conscious decision of what you put in your mouth, you eat crap food today but your problems will still be there tomorrow,
You can eat that chocolate bar now and feel good for 5 minutes but next time you go shopping for a new outfit feel fat & ugly.
Stop making excuses, your the one putting bad food in your mouth, and your the only one at the end of the day that can really change your habits.
Trainers can help you get there but throwing money at a problem isn't going to make it go away. knuckle down, put in the hard work and you will feel so much better once you get the body you deserve.
