It's hot out and I'm trying to beat the heat with something spicy! It may sound counterintuitive but sweating has a cooling effect so I'm sweating it out with Maggi Curry! It's a childhood favorite of mine. I like it saucy instead of soupy so I adjusted the water to 1 cup instead of 2. Cooked al dente and noodles are coated with the thickened curry soup. It's good as it is but sometimes I add an egg which can help thicken the soup but I find that it reduces the flavor intensity so I just top it with poached egg. How about you?
