I’m sitting here think about a lot of different things, one is yes I’m wearing a sweatshirt in July bc I’m a wuss and I’m freezing. I’d have it 75-80 all year long if I could, but needless to say that since I live in Wisconsin that won’t happen.
I have also been thinking a lot of why I do what I do everyday. Why do I workout? Why do I eat the food I eat and offer good food options to my kids? For me and my why it’s because I feel so good after I workout. Yes I am human and I have days I do NOT want to work out, but who doesn’t? Yes I have days I am exhausted and don’t feel like cooking, but I try, I try to give my kids and I the best food possible (when I go grocery shopping 😉). So my next thing I think of is WHY NOT YOU? What are you waiting for? Are you tired all of the time? Do you struggle with some medical issues that could be changed with some exercise and healthy eating? If you said no to that last question I will ask you this- Have you tried it for more than a month or two? If not then WHY NOT?
I have all of the excuses myself so can’t tell me something I haven’t used, and if you can then let’s work through this.
