I have to admit something... I like to push the limits. I’ve noticed in the fitness industry we set so many limitations. For instance, someone that is strong can’t have mobility, a long distance runner shouldn’t barbell squat, or bodybuilders can pack on muscle but can’t run a few miles.... the list goes on and I say F**K that noise!.

Who says you can’t be strong, a rock climber, a mountain climber, surfer, snowboarder, runner etc?!.
