THANKSGIVING IN A CROCK POT!!!!!! This was my first time making this and it was a huge hit, I will be making this more!!! It is so easy and so delicious! SWIPE for recipe, I used 2 lbs of chicken breasts and 98% FF Cream of Chicken, I put on high for 3 hours and it was perfect. I divided into four servings, you could divide into 6 if you had a salad or something on the side. MEAL PREP: my take on a ukranian red borscht soup 😋😋 62 pounds lost in 4 months!

this soup was pretty simple and it's extremely delicious! I followed a recipe (link in bio) with a few adjustments:
- half water half chicken bone broth for the base of the soup
- turkey instead of pork sausages -sweet potatoes instead of baking potatoes - cold pressed coconut oil instead of vegetable oil
- no sugar - extra garlic
the soup is a little more orange than it's red inspiration but it's delicious and healthy! I would definitely recommend giving it a try 😊❤️ what is your favorite soup? .

Now this has to be one of my favourite dinners! Moroccan lamb tagine with broccoli rice and Mediterranean vegetables. Counting 3 syns for this as I will have already used my HexB in other things and so will syn the dried fruit (410cal)

Dessert was a tablespoon of strewed apple and blackberries (part HexB) with müller velvet and a sprinkle of seeds (150cal) .
