Chocolate coconut protein cookies * Pre cooked oat 160 gr
* Grated Coconut 1/2 cup
* Stevia or Honey
* Eggs 6 whites , 2 yolks
* Cacao powder 2 tablespoon
* Oat whole grain
Mix all with a fork , bring to oven at 180c for 25 minutes , take out and spread whole grain of oat and bring again to oven for 5 min more at 220c

Will muscle gain always stay linear? (left pic). No, what you will see if you have committed to the gym for a long period of time is that your progress will scatter (right pic). From good days to bad days, regardless if you have hit every preparation perfectly before gym. It's only natural, you can't be perfect everytime, you just have to deal with it and wait for the bad spell to pass. Just ensure that you don't get disheartened by the fact that you didn't get in the perfect workout.

feeling so thiccccc rn but i am getting so strong and it’s such a good feeling.
but it took me awhile to mentally get here. i’ve wanted to put on muscle ever since i started my fitness journey but i’ve been too scared to eat in a caloric surplus. i’ve been afraid to gain weight. not now though. i’m loving all the good foods i’m eating.
am i uncomfortable? ya sometimes. it’s hard to mentally deal with putting on weight, definitely now more than ever because it’s summer, everyone’s cutting, everyone wants to look good in their swimsuit. but in those times i just remember how far i’ve come and what my own goals are.
6 months ago i was scared to eat 1g of carbs over my set macros. now i’m eating more then i ever have in my life and it feels so good.
jus over here living my best life and making some gains, mentally and physically 💪🏽🔥

5 tips to gain even more muscle mass. It is scientifically proven that training a muscle 2-3 times a week enhances muscle mass, rather than your average bro split.
However, sleep and nutrition are the main points, however hard you train in the gym, it's the food you use to recover that allows the muscles to repair to either get bigger or stronger. Adequate amount of sleeps is essential 7-8 hours.

I do not fully agree with the consumption of 5g of creatine per day, in your diet enough creatine can be ingested through foods such as: beef, salmon & tuna.

The increase of muscle mass differs between whether you're a complete newbie or a gym veteran.
Beginners are seen to gain much more muscle within a year of training, due to their bodies never experiencing the effect of a gym based workout. That is the opportunity to take full advantage of that situation, do your research and have a plan of action.

Intermediate lifters increase the volume due to the body having adapted to last year's training. Muscle mass increase is still lower than a beginner, again because of body adaptation to training.

Advanced lifters being the most experienced have seen to gain the least amount of muscle mass. This is where variation is at its most important stage, the body has adapted well and you've not seen much muscle gains. This is where periodisation is also important, having different stages of training (mesocycle). #bodybuilding #musclemass #muscle

today is low. a lot lower than it has been in a while, which is frustrating because I was having a really good run. I think I’m just a bit over feeling like I’m being graded on everything I do, like I have to always be looking to improve or be better instead of just doing things for fun. I’ve been challenged so much with this new degree and I couldn’t be more thrilled that I’m excelling but I need time to feel like I’m doing something well, or that it doesn’t matter if I can’t do something too - that it’s fun just taking part instead of feeling pressure to be good at it. I’ve made so many positive steps recently, so many big steps too. I want time to enjoy these instead of being pushed to move on. I’ve spent so much time fighting to just stay alive that achieving something positive is such a monumental step. I don’t want to fight. I just want to be.

Ignore the blind person walking past on my 5th rep 😂😂😂. Resistance banded deadlifts. Rather than lifting heavy, I decided to go for more resistance. This type of exercise is much harder.... Remember deadlifts is an exercise that targets the legs and glutes predominantly
