I just wanted to let everyone know that a few weeks ago when I first started doing 2” deficits deadlifts, I hated them and I couldn’t breathe. I paused, stood up, complained and acted like a 4 year old child throwing a tantrum. Fast forward to last night....I STILL HATE THEM 😤The only difference is, I can actually breathe now and allowed focus and control to take over.
Point is, don’t stop or give up on something just because you don’t like it or it makes you feel uncomfortable. You’re put in positions and situations to overcome the obstacle not run from it.
