Today was shoulders! Still by far my least favorite body part to workout, but I got it done!!
Wore my sweet sweat today for the first time in a very long time!!
Finished the week up fairly strong! Work tonight, and tomorrow morning.
But then tomorrow is my fiances birthday and were going out to dinner!

Circuit : 4 sets / 15 reps 🍑Long Stride Traveling Lunges 🍑Resisted Cable Shuffles (you can substitute a body band instead of cable and belt) 🍑Resisted Cable Long Jumps (can use bodyband or bodyweight only - adding resistance mainly challenges your stability/core) 🍑Squats - keep weight on heels throughout entire workout -

5am workout today!!! Got it done! I feel great and now it's almost time to go to work!
I will admit, when my alarm went off this morning I thought it was my fiance's. But I remembered it was mine! And I got up (after a couple snoozes) and got it done!

Soooooooo... @chrisortizfit and me decided to become Bad Asses! No really. We both decided to take the challenge and join the @badassacademy staff. Aside from teaching a variety of boot camp style classes, we also teach spin. Spin Sanity, to be exact. So here we are, after 6 weeks of focused training, taking and assisting classes, ready to take the next step (and peddle). Chris teaches his first Boot camp and Spin this Saturday, so what does he do? He asks me to help him practice.
