出石そば🥢沢庵

出石そばで一番お気に入りのお店、沢庵さん♪
名物は皿そば。でも私はこのぶっかけが一番好き☆
山菜などがたくさん入って出汁も美味しいくて、
混ぜて食べるとまた味わいが違っていいんです☆

そしてお蕎麦といえば蕎麦湯。
このお店の蕎麦湯がまた美味しい♪

この辺りはお蕎麦やさんだらけなのでお店選びに困ります。
全部のお店に入ったことはありませんが、
何軒か行ってやっぱりこのお店がお気に入り♪

看板が独特なので見つけやすいと思います。
また通し営業されているので、ランチ時間帯が
過ぎても入れるのも助かります♪

My new “to-go” protein shake for breakfast or for post workout. I used the Buckwheat I cooked yesterday, my intent was to make “oatmeal” with it but I was so hot this morning that I couldn’t bear to eat it hot😅 So I put in the blender:
1/2 cup of Buckwheat already soaked overnight and cooked with water and salt.
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp of raw honey
Dash of cinnamon and Ice.
Now optional I added: 2 scoops of #furtherfood collagen peptide and a teaspoon of MCT oil. These two extra ingredients don’t alter the flavor and add to the nutritional value 😃
Bear in mind that for every 100 grs of Buckwheat you get 13g of protein, 3.4 g of fat, 1 mg salt, 460 mg Potassium, 72 g carbohydrates (I guess this would not work if you are on a Keto diet😃) and...12%iron, 10% Vit B6 and 57% Magnessium of your daily intake needed👍🏻

Este fue mi desayuno hoy. Tenía en mente preparar mi trigo sarraceno como si fuera avena pero llegue tan acalorada de sacar a mis perros que cambié rápidamente de opinión y lo prepare frío 😀en la licuadora puse:
1/2 taza de trigo sarraceno preprado con agua y sal (lo remoje toda la noche)
1 taza de leche de almendras sin azúcar
I cdita de miel
Canela al gusto y hielo
También le agregue (esto es opcional) colageno y aceite MCT. No le altera el sabor y agrega beneficios 😀
Es buen desayuno, llena y por lo menos a mi me ayuda con la curva del hambre.
Este alimento es altamente nutritivo. Por cada 100g de trigo sarraceno aporta: 13g proteína, 3.4g grasa, 1 mg sodio, 460 mg potasio, 72g carbohidratos y 343 calorías. Además aporta 57% magnesio, 10% vit B6, 12% hierro y fibra entre otros.

Todays lunch bought to you on a plastic kid plate! Keep it real for you. Ive got my tiny vegan bread with pesto, avo, sundried tomo, whole seed mustard and sesame seeds and i just keep surprising myself. Yum!!!!
