🍅 Tomato Avocado Bruschetta

I made this delicious bruschetta the other day & paired it with my Basil Pesto Zoodles (recipe on my profile). It’s crispy, fresh & makes a wonderful side to some zoodles!
The goods 😋
▫️5-6 1" slices French bread
▫️3-4 cloves Garlic
▫️1 Roma tomato
▫️1/2 large Avocado
▫️Less than 1/4 Onion
▫️1/4 cup Cilantro
Slice the french bread & brush on olive oil. Sprinkle a little of the chopped garlic on each slice & set aside the rest. Bake the slices at 350 degrees for about 5 mins (or until brown).
In a bowl, mix remaining chopped garlic, tomato, avocado, onion & cilantro. Drizzle in some lime juice and season with salt & pepper.
Take the bread out of the oven when ready & top evenly with the tomato mixture. Garnish with cilantro & sesame seeds.
