Started out with single ground-to-overheads set at bodyweight. Give yourself 30 minutes. Take it slow. See how many reps you can get. Remember this should be fairly heavy so you should need 1-3 minutes between attempts.
Take a 5 minute rest. Then do 5 ground-to-overhead every minute on the minute for 10 minutes. Done.
