Working on your body everyday will only make you stronger. You miss one day and it sets you back doesn’t it? Maybe a little but it does!
Everyday I’m use to working on myself. Thinking positive thoughts, doing my mindset training. My gratitude journal & my affirmations.
So today is the day I count down .. 5 4 3 2 1 .. AND GET IT DONE
Instead of building up a case against yourself, and all the reasons that it's not possible, why not redirect that energy to be that change FOR yourself?
