Day 4/60 #1danceaday challenge!
Since my tendency is to roll on the floor slowly, or initiate much of my movement using my limbs, I decided to give myself a challenge of making my spinal movement a focus. I still see many of my habits appearing, but because I keep bringing my focus back my spine, I am seeing new patterns.
Because of these sweet tunes by @jbalvin the movement is pretty fast today. Also the closeness of the camera and the tightness of the space impacts my movement choices as well. Things to take into consideration during an improv session.
Its fun to give my brain and body a rule to follow and see what I can create.
