The countdown is on before our new class Lift With Attitude. What I love about this class is that attitude means something different to each person. Maybe it means lift with more confidence or with a little swagger. Maybe it means lift as if there is a chip on your shoulder and you haven't reached your peak yet...all i know is weightlifting is a big giant metaphor to me. It's about you and what stands in your way. And when something "stands" in your way...what do you do about it? I say LIFT THAT ISH out of your way...with ATTITUDE!!!
