Sometimes, I eat kids’ food. I don’t have kids, but the portion sizes are always smaller. It’s always been a mental game for me. The smaller plates and smaller bites are so I think I’m eating more. Plus, the shapes are always more fun!

What’s on my plate?
@drpraegers gluten free fishies 🐟 and some Whole Food’s steak fries 🍟 with @sirkensingtons spicy ketchup and lemon 🍋

I started cutting up the lemon and then thought to myself, “who am I kidding, I’m using the entire half!” I love lemon on my fish.

👀🍑 The only time you should look back is to check out those booty gains! lol! My lower body is way stronger than my upper body, and I’m getting #strongereveryday 💪🏻from consistency and dedication. Anyone else out there have trouble building upper body strength too?

These are amazing for improving speed, reaction time, & explosiveness while scorching calories and enhancing your metabolism!

👉🏼For this movement, keep your feet shoulder width with your toes pointed forward. Keep your hands together in front of you and as you push off your heels to jump, swing your arms behind you. Exhale at the top.
👉🏼As you squat, be sure to keep your weight back into your heels lowering AT LEAST 90 degrees. Don’t let your knees buckle inward.

RESULTS ARE IN!
I started @bodybossmethod 5 weeks ago, with 4 weeks of pre-training. This was my first week of the official training program.
I’ve paired my journey with personal training 2x a week and calorie counting at a 1,000 calorie deficit each day.
I’m pleased to say there is a 10.4 POUND difference between the left (Sept 17) and right (today) pics!
I only see very minor changes, which is discouraging, but I know it will start becoming more noticeable as more pounds come off.
I’m so excited to see where this journey will take me!
