While this move makes me feel pretty bad a$$, seeing this video makes me somewhat unhappy. I can see that my body composition has changed since before the holidays. Once again, I allowed myself to indulge too much. It always seems like I get right to the brink of major changes, and then I sabotage it all. I’m not sure what holds me back from reaching those goals that I have? I think partly that if I actually teach them, what else is there to strive for? Logically I know that we can always strive to be better! Went over my meal plan for the week, and am getting ready to meal prep. Here is to the start of another week towards reaching our goals.
