I'm Glad that I found the Singapore Style Peppery Bak ku teh @founderbkt โญ๏ธ I've tried many different #bakuteh stalls, other places tasted too much pepper that only taste like a bowl of pepper. But founder tasted just nice on the pepper side and yet tasty ๐Ÿ˜‹ I'd recommend my friends to try this #founderbkt cause it's taste just nice and not overly peppery โœŒ๐Ÿป
P.s: Did u notice they're opening 9am-5am DAILY?๐Ÿ˜‚

Bahan:
Daging ribs 1kg
Bumbu bakut merk A1 spices(pakai 1 pcs aja)
Bawang putih 4 siung
Kecap asin sesuai selera
Saus tiram 1sdm
Kecap manis sedikit
Garam
Kaldu jamur
Jamur hiokow 1biji
Gojyberry

Cara:
Didihkan sekitar 1,5L air bersama 1 pack saja bumbu spice A1
Lalu masukkan daging ribs
Dilanjut semua bumbu
Masak sampai daging lembut

Tadi lupa masukkan gojyberry. Jdi da selesai baru ditambahin deh. Jamurnya digunting2 kecil buat makan Lean. Klo dipetunjuk ditulis masak 30mnt saja tapi ternyata belum lembut dagingnya,jdi lanjut. Kalau mau bisa pakai presto lebih cpt lembut. Karena masak lama momi berasa bumbu spices nya jdi pahit loh. Jdi segera dikeluarin dl bumbunya trus lanjut masak daging sampi lembut. Mungkin next bisa masak daging dl ya sesaat ama air baru kemudian masukan bumbu spices A1 sampai 30mnt. Untung Lean memang bisa makan herbal2an gini. Agak kecut2 pahit herbal gitu. Tapi enakkk.
