This is a 💯 Keto dinner. The buns are made from cream cheese, #mozzarella, #almondflour flour, baking powder and salt. I put melted #cannabutter butter, coarse sea salt and parsley on top. We cut each one in half and put the thin strips of thin #steak.
#Keto #BBQ #pork on the buns and a side of Brussel sprouts that were sautéed in #cannabutter butter, garlic, shallots, paprika, heavy cream, 3 eggs, 3/4 cup of mozzarella and 1/4 cup of #Parmesan, top with crispy #bacon and baked in the oven until hot and bubbly, then a minute under the broiler to crisp the top.
