Screeewwwwww the scale ⚖️⚖️⚖️ Weight is a terrible thing to obsess over and an extremely unreliable reflection of your health! I remember being so happy at the first photo and how skinny I was - ah how times have changed 😂😂😂 Now it's all about how feeding my growing 🍑 with healthy carbs, fat and PROTEIN 🍗🥚🥛

This first photo used to be me back in late-2015 when I was pumping it out on the treadmill and killing myself with circuit training and losing weight. There was definitely a point where I stopped enjoying this but still kept doing it and was STILL hating my body, even when I lost all the weight I wanted to ➡️➡️➡️ Flash forward to now, I happily lift weights and do cardio only when I occasionally feel like it, I eat sooooo much to fuel my body and I look after it 💖💖💖 Love your body and it'll give you results!

Here is a quick back workout I did with very limited equipment. Bookmark this and give it a try 😘
🔹4 sets of each move 🔹10-15 rep range each move
1️⃣
1. So here I wrapped my assisted pull up band around a bar and did close grip rows with pause reps in a fixed squat position
2. Added in squat side step to the seated rows
3. Bent over dumbbell row
4. Bent over dumbbell pull through
2️⃣
A superset of
1. Dumbbell pull overs (*this is an awesome exercise for back and chest. Here I’ve focused on using it to hit my lats. Focus on the stretch back and be cognizant of your shoulders specially when you start using heavier weight. Good idea to warm up before doing this exercise and to execute the move in a very controlled way. I’m going to be doing an instructional video in the next few days on how to properly do this move*)
2. Supermans with exercise ball. This move is great for the whole posterior chain hitting upper and lower back, Glutes and hammies.

I'm starting to work on my one arm pullups
I'm no where near to be ready to do them but doing eccentric pullups is the best way to build up to doing regular pullups. I used my legs to help me control my body a little.
I wonder how long it will take me to do one arm pullup....
