Our tips to overcome the cold and keep your motivation high during winter:

🏃♀️Choose an exercise class that is indoors
🏃Buddy Up: being accountable to another person can make it a lot easier to get yourself up and going
🏃♀️Join a team sport and make use of the team around you 🏃Work Exercise into your daily commute 🏃♀️Sign up for a fun run: winter time is running season and training for an event can be great motivation 🏃Stay active in the add breaks if your favourite show. Bonus: you won't have to change it if your PJs and you can do it in the comfort of your own home
