What’s a mini cut?
A mini cut is just as it sounds, a shorter cutting phase. The standard length of a mini cut is between 4-6 weeks. Anything more than 6 weeks is just a standard cut, anything less is a random period of under eating
Due to the shortened length of the cut it is much more aggressive (instant large calorie reduction) than your standard cut (slowly taking calories out). You should cut calories aggressively as possible while being able to sustain muscle (this varies person to person). I personally will be running at a ~750 calorie deficit while incorporating some low intensity cardio.
