A few things happened during this workout today that surprised me/made me think.
1- I am SO sore from yesterday. (And I kind of love it- am I crazy for that?) 2 - I realized I COULD in fact do a full minute it mountain climbers even though they're hard, and I HATE them more than anything.
3 - Ari came in and told me he woke up this morning and before he got out of bed told himself that if I was already gone for work that he would be OK and not be too sad. 😢
Whatever it takes for you to feel motivated to push harder and get what you want - don't be afraid to FEEL it!! ❤️❤️❤️
BUT you have to own those emotions, control and contain them. It's your responsibility to be in charge of your life. You can make changes, do things when you're sore, tired, busy, overworked, want to complain and feel stuck. YOU are in charge of your future.
