Refueling after CrossFit with a satisfying dinner😋 busy day today that once again started before 5 am😴 we played some games before the WOD which was fun👍🏻 our workout was 5 rounds of 12 deadlifts, 9 hang power cleans, and 6 push jerks🏋🏻‍♀️ it was hard but I think I could have gone heavier because I was the first one done by a lot😂 made some cauliflower hash browns that turned out so good, along with a grass-fed burger and roasted brussel sprouts😍 happy Friday!

Happy Friday foodies💃🏼 No better way to refuel than with some pasta and greens! Carbs are an ESSENTIAL part of refueling those muscles and replacing those glycogen stores—so I figured to spice it up a bit and have myself a super beneficial meal after a tough workout! •

Had my first workout of the summer yesterday and it went great, I think I put an over-emphasis on workouts during my outdoor season, and stressed myself out wayyyy too much for each one, so they didn’t go as well. I just rolled with the punches yesterday and it went great! Over-worrying is NOT going to bring a better result- just a more stressful one. So I’m taking this training & looking back at the basics: enjoyment. Up-tempo long run today and enjoyed some delicious carbs afterwards🤩🍝🌱 •
