With this picture i wanna show u guys that im also just a normal person. Im not and havent been fit 24/7 all the time. There was a time when my weight was +13kg from what im now. And here, the left picture is from the summer when i worked out less, ate more crap and didnt make food at home. Some wine here and there. And the right picture is from this morning. So as u can see, its not ”free” for me. I work for those abs! I dont say that im fat in the left picture, not at all but u can definitely see a differens. We all are human and nobody is perfect. Its totally fine to have easier periods. But if u want something i suggest u to work for it not complain about it!💯

It took me two years to build a love-love relationship with food & it has been the most empowering thing! I’ve learned to appreciate whole, plant based foods.

We all know this relationship is can be extremely complicated but once you break through that wall of food having mind-control over you, you are home free for the rest of your life!

For beginners here are my top suggestions:
1. Eliminate consumption of meat products!!!!
2. Limit your fish consumption to no more than twice a week
3. Eliminate processed foods (read every singe label)
4. Portion control is key! Eat 5 times a day (small portions)
5. Eliminate food consumption after 8pm

This pregnancy was incredibly hard on my body, from being sick and loosing a ton of weight, to edema and gaining a lot of weight. It's been 3 weeks and I have only just been able to start walking normally again! I still cant do too much, but as I am desperate to start training again, I have started to add in some grip training! Baby steps. It's incredibly hard to slow down and not push myself, as being an athlete I live to push myself! But I know I will get to that point again soon.
