#ardhabhekasana or "half-frog pose" is one of my favorites for sure. You can do this pose on the elbow as well. Press down on the bent-leg-foot and kick the foot back into the hand. Inner things hug in gently, chest up, shoulder-blades down and in.
Day 6... doing yoga in this stage of life and seeing this mantle was an interesting experience. So hard to balance, just caught a second of air time when I moved my leg off the wall. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ Balance has an inherent quality of concentrating our attention in the blink of an eye, it removes all kinds of chit chat in our heads, withdraws all senses inwards and forces us to be fully present.
