This superset is a go to of mine EVERY SINGLE GLUTE DAY 🙌🏼! I always feel like I get a better booty burn when I start with this:
10 reps glute hip thrusts.
Moderate weight & squeezing at top!
12 reps banded RDLs with toes lifted.
Squeeze and go deep enough to feel the burn🔥🔥!
Repeat 5 times☠️.
