Challenging yourself on leg day is a must! I’ve always had challenges with legs, form and being able to really contract where I am supposed to contract. Here’s some tips for leg day! 👇🏼
- Warm up, focus on warming up the muscles around the joints. (Hips, knees, ankles) foam rolling helps!
- Quality Reps, whether you go light or heavy, contraction is main focus. 10 quality reps is better than 50 bad reps. - Tempo can change the whole dynamic of the exercise! Try mixing up your tempo.
