OPWW Iron Edict benchmarks from @operationwerewolf. Challenge is OHP/1xBW, BP/1.5xBW, SQ/2xBW, DL/2.5xBW.
In the middle of a cut, so current BW is 201. One workout. OHP/225, BP/325, SQ/405, DL/455. Haven’t trained any of these lifts in months as I’ve been rehabbing some tendon issues. I’ve pulled 535 before, but 500+ is something I generally have to ramp up for.
