I love my workouts and look forward to the gym, apart from shoulder day I just can't get used to working them!!
I am more confident and although I haven't lost much weight (stay off the sad step) I know I look so different. I feel different in myself and my attitude.
Before I used to binge eat and gorge on a lot of bad foods and although I had started back at the gym I just wasn't getting anything out of my workouts and this left me physically and mentally exhausted!
I encourage anyone looking for a lifestyle change to give the #90daysSSS a go, it will provide you with a wealth of knowledge a bit like an on the job training programme to help you on your path to a healthy happier you!"
I would like to thank Joe for coming up with this plan, my watching of your fun lean in 15 videos inspired my belief in you to start this plan. And to my coach Jack, although I haven't needed to contact you that much when I have you have gave me inspiring words to help me on my way. I won't lie, some days have been tough and cycle two was not my favourite due to my lack of creativity with food but it was a means to an end and I became more confident with mixing ingredients.

Saturdays are my 121 fight training days, an hour of this plus warmup burns 1000 calories, so have got into the routine of muscle moose pancakes with Greek yoghurt and berries as it needs to be quick an easy to make when I get home, refuel me and be nutritious. So today wasnโ€™t great, long day at work and it was closer to 10pm when Iโ€™d finally got home and eaten, so too late to train.
At first I was disappointed in myself and felt like crap, but soon realised that in 3 weeks I have only had 1 day off training a week, and sometimes life/work means you donโ€™t get the time. Nutrition has been 100% for 3 weeks even with free cakes and food available at work every day! still training tomorrow!! This is a long term mindset, so you need to allow for obstacles and stay on track!! Scrambled egg

Not going to lie, but was seriously hard to get the motivation to go out to the garage gym at 9pm and train tonight, up at 6.30am, 1hr 20min commute to work, full day and 1hr 20min commute home arriving home at 20:20, eat dinner, get changed and drag my tired ass to the cold garage. 40 min HIIT session done and feeling great!!!!
