Ever find yourself putting on a fake smile? Pretending it’s all going juuuust fine but really you’re feeling overwhelmed AF?

Good news - you aren’t alone.

Every time you see an influencer smiling through life 24/7, it’s safe to call bullshit. .
Despite what they tell you, you don’t need to buy what they’re selling to be happy.

Over the past few years, I’ve become sick and tired of seeing people put on their happy mask just so they could sell a cookie-cutter workout program or diet. .
Even more so, I’ve become sick and tired of seeing people try those products and still wonder why they aren’t as hot or happy as the person selling them.

That’s frustrating and so far from what our purpose is as a fitness professional.
.
First, is to do no harm. .
Second, provide a positive experience.
.
Third, make sure your clients feel better at the end of each training session. .
That’s why #MakeFitnessSuckLess matters so much to me. .
We can, collectively as clients and coaches, do things that make us feel better and fall in love (or at least Like) with Fitness. .
