Jet Airways has taken delivery of their first Boeing 737 MAX 8!
During the delivery ceremony, Jet Airways chief executive Vinay Dube stated that the airline is "delighted to be able to offer a superior customer experience to our guests with the introduction of the MAX aircraft from leasing company GECAS". The lessor was happy to mention that the airline was the first to operate the 737 MAX in India.
Jet Airways has another 130 MAX aircraft on order, including five more MAX 8s leased from GECAS.
