Time for a #FigurePrepUpdate💪🏼 The carbs are the lowest they've been in probably ever. The cardio is higher too. The mind games have started. Even with all that--I feel the best Ive ever felt in a prep. 😈 These pics say it all for me: on the left is today, #6weeksout and have no idea what my weight is. On the right: #6weeksout from my last show, about 15 months ago. Swipe 👈🏼for all the views👻 bigger in all the right places, plus I learned how to pose a bit better😜 If i were to guess my bodyfat is a little lower too. From here on out every rep, ever gram of food counts more than the last. To combat the occasional hunger or fatigue I'm putting a lot of emphasis on proper sleep, supplementation and high volume but tasty foods so I can hit my macro targets and feel satisfied at the same time.
