*Ok this is probably gonna be the realist post I've ever done, warned might be long *
So today was one of those days. When nothing goes right. Seem to get annoyed with everything and makes everything get worse. Been up since 3 (I'm cranky) went to work, the gym, back to work and the gym again. If I closed my eyes for two second I would of fallen on my face doing cardio.
Some days are harder than most. Some days go so smooth and well other days are terrible. Left and right getting knocked down, but those are the days you really have to find the people who support what you're doing. Who reassure you why you're doing all you're doing.
Those people are how I honestly get through days like these. I can't say it's all just myself and focusing on the bigger picture. No sometimes we need help and I am thankful for always getting help 🙌🏻
