Making baby gainzzz
Although it doesn't look like a lot I can't tell you how much my upper body has leaned out this year. I haven't been weightlifting for long at all (Not even a year) so a lil bit of progress makes me happy! What the photos also don't show is how much my attitude has changed! I now love to train for the sake of training rather than seeing it as a chore! I feel much more positive towards food and exercise and I'm a happy lil bunny now!
