Sooo 4 weeks ago I won a competition from my number 1 inspiration @sheenajayne_fitness. I got to take part in her @sjfbikinibodyproject 6 week challenge for free! I was and am still over the moon! Just started week 4 and although I haven't been 100% due to being sick then sick kids and family etc I am absolutely loving it! The workouts are super challenging and nothing like I've ever done so I am super sore every day which is amazing and the food plan is incredible the amount of food choices is insane and so easy to stick to! The scales aren't my friend at the moment but I can definitely feel a difference already my body feels tighter and I feel so much fitter than 3 weeks ago. Would definitely recommend jumping on board with @sheenajayne_fitness she is absolutely incredible 😍😍😍
