VERY IMPORTANT post for ALL new lifter and even ones trying to have a healthy bulk/improvement season. There is NO crazy secret to this life I promise you! There is no one magical workout, there is no magical pill and there is no secret that only the fittest people on earth know. NO MAGICAL SHORTCUTS!! Fat loss can be broken down simply into two very specific aspect and that is proper fitness and nutrition. Simply putting your body in a calorie deficit and working out regularly will promote fat loss. Just like, putting your body in a calorie surplus will result in gaining. These two pictures were taken only 6 months apart. The only difference and the only thing that I dramatically changed between both of these pictures was my diet. I upped my caloric intake so that I could have a proper improvement season where I gained muscle and grew the way I felt I needed to. I worked out the exact same way with the only difference being I cut my cardio significantly for now but my weight training never changed. Even during the fat loss phase, I continued to push the amount of weight I lifted and the reps I did. I stick to very simple movements and I don’t like to stray off the path when it comes to muscle building. In my opinion simple is better and you get the best results! This is FOR SURE my Monday motivation and something to push me even harder today during my workouts! .
