Black beans, onion, garlic, almonds, cayenne, turmeric, cumin, and a little ashwagandha for extra adaptogenic goodness. Mix it all up with the quinoa, some balsalmic and coconut aminos, sautée, let cool, process in the food processor with a few eggs, freeze for 30, shape, and bake for 20! My favorite part of the day is dinner time. .
