Despite the content of my Instagram and what I may say through sheer habit, true strength is not about how much you can deadlift, squat, bench etc. The true definition of strength is being being able to plough on when you're hit with extreme adversity. Whether it be emotional trauma due to something "small" such as a bad breakup or something far greater such as a loss of a loved one, these experiences can leave us feeling weak and hopeless. But that's no reason to stay down for good. No matter what you are going through in life you have to remember that other people have gone through what you have gone through or even worse but have come back stronger than they ever have been. I know the struggle of these particular experiences so if you can relate to this believe me I have felt your pain. But it's times like these that you need to be at your strongest and never give up hope. Life in itself is a struggle, it will throw the most ruthless situations at you at any given moment, it can humble you and it can also mould you. But just remember, that whatever you're going through is not as strong and as powerful as you can be. All you have to do is wipe your tears, accept that this is what comes with the life package, liberate yourself from the guilt and I can assure you, that you will be on that journey to be the strongest version of yourself.
