Happy Wednesday night Babes! Finished this day starting with: 20 minutes of meditation followed by deep stretching, the #5DailyMoves from @toneitup + a good ab workout from @selfmagazine consisting of six ab exercises which made for a great ab finisher. Feeling limber + calm...and now we sleep.🌛 Dream sweetly dream BIG Babes! 🌠 . . . . . . . . . .
Last nights workout 💪🏻💦💦 2 miles plus weights ... I was drenched in sweat ! I always feel so amazing after I work out ... I like took one more step towards my goals ... I feel like I’m moving forward and not standing still ... I’m on cloud ⛅️ 9 🙌🏻 . . . P.s. I was exhausted at work today 💤
I don’t get this one but I did it. 😅 maybe I need to increase weight? Anyway- last 2 weeks have sucked exercise-wise for me. Went to the gym yesterday, did my #5dailymoves today and the abs workout with @karenadawn. Heading to yoga later today! #backontrack
I’m travelling for work for a chunk of these week, so I went light on the grocery shopping. We have sesame ginger turkey meatballs, one yakiniku chicken breast (yum!), soy-ginger brussel sprouts, and some Annie’s Mac & Cheese. It isn’t the healthiest, but I’m happy with it! . .
